We take fresh corn and diced jalapeños and season them while sautéing them in real butter. Simple, but oh so delicious.
We hand dice Gouda, cheddar, and mozzarella cheese and melt them down in to cream and real butter to make a velvety sauce. JaK's secret seasoning is added to make it one of the best mac n' cheeses around. We serve this over your choice of noodle.
We take the taters and smash them with cream, butter, and sour cream until smooth. Then we load them up with cheddar cheese and freshly fried bacon pieces and bake them to deliciousness. We serve it with sour cream and green onion tips.
